Research Outputs

The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources is actively engaged in diverse research activities across multiple disciplines. These include crop production, breeding, and protection of cereal, fruit, and vegetable crops; livestock production and management; animal feed development and utilization; animal health and welfare; natural resource management; livelihood and rural sociology; as well as agricultural economics and value chain analysis. These research endeavours are undertaken by a dedicated team of researchers within the college. As shown in Figure 1, more than 154 research projects have been carried out by 436 researchers since 2004 E.C., with several still in progress. These studies have been conducted using a multidisciplinary approach, covering a wide range of topics. Notably, female researcher participation has also been steadily increasing over the years.
